As a Payroll Specialist you will:
- Partner with payroll vendors to facilitate end-to-end payroll processing for a specific group of countries within the region.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.
- Handle complex pay-impacting transactions, including equity, global mobility, and benefits.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations and requirements across assigned markets.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Desire: We are looking for candidates with:
- 1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-country payroll processes.
- Strong technical background in payroll systems
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience with regional multi-language operations and regulatory environments (preferred).
- Strong MS Office Excel skills.
