The Role:
As a Litigation Associate, you will work in a small team with market-leading partners, focusing on the shipping, insurance, energy, trade, logistics and construction sectors. Your prospective clients include but are not limited to, liner companies, hull underwriters, insurance companies, brokers and ship owners.
About You:
- You have 2-5 years post-qualification experience
- Litigation or arbitration experience in the shipping space is desirable
- You have experience handling an arbitration or court case, with an understanding of procedural issues and managing files
