Machine Operative
Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a Manufacturing Company in their search for Machine Operator to work in their facility on Llay Industrial Estate
For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering:
- £11.75 per hour + £1 per hour shift allowance
- 4 on 4 off, days and nights (6 to 6), with an average of 42 hours per week
- 12-week complete training period
- Immediate interviews available
The role – Machine Operator:
- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines according to production specifications
- Identify and resolve minor faults or mechanical issues in the production process
- Load raw materials into the extrusion machines and ensure proper material flow
- Quality checking products
- Manual Handling
- Packing of finished products
- Assisting with deliveries if required
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and machine operating - ESSENTIAL
- Experience of machine setting & operating - ESSENTIAL
- Be physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks
- Willingness to work day & night shifts
- Driving license - Desirable
