Are you a Vehicle Mechanic, with 5+ years’ experience? Are you a great problem solver? If so, this might be the right role for you!

We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket’s in-house mechanical team in Watford stocking 400 + used cars).

You will have will be working in our own state-of-the-art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'.

• Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
• Utilize latest technology to diagnose and repair engines, gearboxes, and clutches, following a 'fix, not replace' philosophy.
• Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation
• Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard

• Your own tools
• 5+ years experience as a vehicle technician
• Understand and comply with health and safety standards
• A full and valid Driving Licence

It will be a bonus if you had:

• MOT Tester qualification
• NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+

• £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance bonus

• Annual holiday - 28 days

The Hours

Week 1 - Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00

Week 2 - Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 + Every other Saturday 09:00 - 17:00

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
