As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills through storytelling, hands-on activities, and interactive learning.Flexibility and creativity are key-you'll need to adapt plans as the day unfolds while ensuring activities align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
- Qualifications: Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification is preferred, but we welcome applications from unqualified candidates who demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and the right attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under 5 is advantageous.
- Skills: Knowledge of the EYFS framework, creativity in lesson planning, and a nurturing, positive outlook.
