I am working with a FTSE 250 listed organisation who are looking to hire an high calibre Financial Controller This business is one of the worlds leading distributors, who service blue chip companies across the globe.
Job Description
The Financial Controller will work closely with the CFO on a finance transformation project, be a results-driven, team-focused individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a change-driving leadership team.
The Financial Controller is a leadership role with a hands-on approach that has oversight of the entire financial controlling function in UK/EMEA market.
The role is expected to have an in-depth understanding across various controlling functions.- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- General ledger reporting.
- Statutory audit compliance.
- VAT compliance.
- Reporting consolidated results.
- Manage a team of 6-8.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders across finance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (Ideally audit trained from a Top 10 firm)
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency with Finance ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- A competitive salary, ranging from £70,500 to £90,000 per annum
- A performance-based bonus of up to 30%.
