Job Description
  • Manage front desk duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Handle mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Assist in coordinating office events
  • Perform other receptionist duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Receptionist' should have:

  • Proven track record of operating within a professional services provider
  • High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
