Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 (the company is flexible with start and finish times)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting a warehouse operative for our client based in Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37. This is an ongoing opportunity, ideal for candidates with previous experience working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Role Description:As a warehouse operative, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders within a busy temperature-controlled warehouse. Key duties include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Stacking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and checking incoming goods
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Carrying out manual handling and some heavy lifting as required
- Following all health and safety procedures within the temperature-controlled warehouse
- Working to productivity and accuracy targets
- Previous experience as a warehouse operative is essential
- Experience working within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, hardworking, and motivated attitude
- Comfortable working in a freezer/temperature-controlled environment
