Job Description

Your key day-to-day work will include:

• Providing specialist legal and regulatory advice to the business in relation to structured securities, issuance programmes, and products distribution, while identifying and managing legal risk.
• Drafting & negotiating related documentation including structured notes, certificates, and repackaging transactions.
• Advising on complex financial structures and strategies, taking an active role in managing the development of legal policy within structured products.
• Respond to business issues and queries, providing timely advice to the business and managing relationships with key stakeholders
• Act as point lead for more junior lawyers when needed

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

• 4+ years' PQE as a Lawyer in England & Wales
• The ability to commute into the London office 2 - 3 days per week
• Strong experience as a Structured Products Lawyer, ideally at a large banking or financial services institution
• The ability to act as point of contact for key business stakeholders and provide support to junior members of the team
