The business has grown significantly in the last 5 years and is a leading player in the FMCG manufacturing sector. They employ over 500 people across 2 sites in the UK including a large warehouse operation near Sheffield.

Job Description

As the interim Warehouse Manager your duties will include, however will not be limited to:

• Overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Monitoring and managing high volumes of inventory
• Leading, training and mentoring a team of logistics personnel
• Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and procedures
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Handling any logistical issues that arise promptly and professionally
• Maintaining warehouse equipment and arranging for repairs when necessary
• Presenting reports on warehouse performance to senior management

The Successful Applicant

The successful Interim Warehouse Manager should have:

• Worked in a similar warehouse management position, ideally within the FMCG industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems

• A day rate c£350-450 inside IR35
