We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's team in the role of night nurse. As a full-time night nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to residents during the night shift.

Qualifications:

• RGN qualification and valid UK MMC Pin
• Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably in a care home or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical best practices and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to providing care.

Responsibilities:

• Providing nursing care to residents during the night shift.
• Monitoring and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Assessing and addressing the health needs of residents.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Responding to emergencies and providing immediate medical assistance.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
