Job Description
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Engaging with current and prospective customers via phone
- Up selling and expanding business opportunities
- Surpassing high-volume sales targets in a team-driven environment
- Assessing customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Building and maintaining extensive knowledge of company services
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
- Providing exceptional customer service with a professional approach
- Effectively handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Accurately recording customer information in the database
- Collaborating with team members to optimise results
- Scheduling outbound sales meetings
- Prospecting 10 new businesses weekly
- Monitoring individual forecasts and sales margins
- Taking charge of lead generation responsibilities
- Quickly establishing rapport through verbal communication
