We’re working with a growing lender based in London who specialise in Bridging facilities for both residential and commercial properties.

Our client is on a growth trajectory having recently received additional funding of £150,000,000; they’re now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to expand their lending book, ensure funds are deployed and revenue is maximised.

The Business Development Manager will need to bring a valuable network with them which can include broker contacts, professional introducers and direct customers.

This is a crucial hire for the business; Depending on the individual and their performance this is an amazing opportunity that has potential to grow into a Sales Director / Head of Sales position.
