• Position: Receptionist
• Industry: Automotive
• Location: Faversham, Kent.
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (12 weeks temporary, then permanent)
• Schedule: Full-time, including Saturdays

• Customer Service: Greet clients, manage phone calls, and provide exceptional front-desk support
• Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry, filing, and office supply management
• Financial Duties: Process payments and manage invoicing accurately
• Sales Support: Prepare and communicate service estimates to customers
• Office Management: Maintain an organized and professional reception area

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Requirements

• GCSEs in English and Maths (required)
• Previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably in automotive sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office procedures and equipment
• Interest in automobiles and willingness to learn about the automotive industry
