What We’re Looking For:
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
- Degree-level education (preferred but not essential)
- A child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Two professional references from recent employment
- Experience supporting young people with SEN or additional learning needs (desirable)
Your Role:
- Supporting KS3 and KS4 students across a range of abilities, including those with SEMH needs
- Working collaboratively with teachers and fellow TAs
- Assisting with classroom activities, 1:1 support, and small group sessions
- Engaging in extracurricular activities to enhance student learning
