Job Description
Reporting in the Sales and Office Manager the successful sales administrator will have the following duties:
- Managing and handling incoming sales queries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Have excellent customer service skills, approaching call calls professionally and supporting clients needs
- Provide Key Information & Support:
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to client inquiries, helping them gain a clear understanding of our services.
- Maintain accuracy of CRM database and with that providing tailored and accurate information to meet clients specific needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the rest of the sales team, ensuring a seamless flow of information by promptly passing on important details when required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Administrator will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and approach to work
- Able to work on your own but also as part of a team
- Highly organised and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate
