Teaching Personnel is currently seeking experienced Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our team and work in primary schools across Selby and Goole on both short-term and long-term assignments. If you're a dedicated and adaptable educator with recent experience in primary curriculum delivery, we may have the perfect role for you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons to a class of up to 30 students.
- Create interactive and imaginative lessons to inspire learning.
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress and achievement.
- Support inclusive education for students with SEN and EAL backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with school leadership to enhance academic performance.
- Engage in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the school culture.
- Build strong relationships with parents to ensure open communication between home and school.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for child development and education.
- Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Shows leadership qualities and a proactive attitude.
- Has experience working with SEN and EAL students.
- Brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and a commitment to student success.
