Our client in Park Gate is growing their legal team and is looking to recruit a Paralegal with residential property experience.

You will be focusing on property auction matters which have extremely quick turnaround times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents for auction property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages.
• Conduct title searches and review property records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with lenders and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth closing process.
• Prepare closing statements and settlement documents.
• Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.

• Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
