Submit accurate warranty and claims in line with manufacturer standardsEnsure policies and procedures are applied correctly to maximise customer satisfaction
Monitor warranty reports to ensure accuracy and cost-efficiency
Maintain industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control
Ensure full compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines

Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essentialStrong computer literacy and confident communication skills
