Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Assistant to join their team in Edinburgh.As a Senior Customer Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our client's customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and emails, ensuring that customer needs are met at the first point of contact.
- Handling end to end processing of Smart cards and processing queries.
- Provide support in resolving customer complaints with empathy and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build rapport with customers to develop and deepen customer relationships.
- Maintain a good understanding of the organisation's products and services.
