Link PMS Ltd is a South West of England based building contractor managing commercial maintenance contracts within the MOD built estate and housing for Vivo Defence, a range of schools both private and public, doctor surgeries and dentists and housing associations.

We established Link PMS Ltd in January 2017 and have grown the business each year. Each day is different with exciting new opportunities

We offer regular mandatory and optional training within the company.

Jobs to include but not restricted to: Bathroom fittings

Kitchen fittings
Painting/decorating

renovations

plastering/rendering and all manor of wet trade including brick/block work, paviours, groundwork, minor roof work, plus much more.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Monthly pay, workplace pension

20 days a year holiday plus bank holidays
Uniform and PPE provided

An excellent standard of health and safety is expected.

Punctuality and reliability are paramount
Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

6 month probationary period.
