Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (4 on 4 off - Days and Nights)

We are seeking experienced Food Production Operatives to join our dynamic team in Corby. This role involves working on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, including both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of products through the production process.
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Conducting routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting in the packing and labelling of products.
