Are you an experienced BREEAM Consultant with a passion for sustainable building design and construction? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and expanding construction consultancy on a range of projects across the South West.
Key Responsibilities of the Lead BREEAM Consultant role:
- Lead and manage BREEAM certification projects from design to post-construction.
- Conduct BREEAM assessments, including site visits, documentation reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies for new and existing developments.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate BREEAM requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Skills and Experience required for the Lead BREEAM Consultant role:
- BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) status is essential.
- Extensive experience in BREEAM consultancy.
- In-depth knowledge of BREEAM schemes and sustainable construction practices.
- Strong technical understanding of environmental issues, energy efficiency, and building performance.
- Live in or near to Exeter.
