To qualify, candidates must have:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A minimum of 3 months' care experience in the UK
- A full UK driving license and access to a car or reliable public transport
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
- An Enhanced DBS check (application available upon registration)
