We currently operate under SALSA accreditation and are waiting to receive our official BRCGS certification in the next month. This certification ensures our products continue to meet and exceed the expectations of the most discerning customers.We cater to gourmet food and beverage manufacturers, top-tier food service suppliers and speciality retailers, both domestically and internationally.

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to join our growing team. As an integral member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our production team. We are looking for an individual who is trustworthy, reliable, punctual and excited to contribute to the success of a family-run business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the assembly and packaging of products
- Manufacturing Vanilla products, bottle, pouch filling labelling and packing
- Picking/packing customer orders
- Maintain a high level of hygiene throughout the premises and ensure an organised workspace.
- Contribute to quality control processes to meet high standards in line with BRCGS Food.
- Be willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Physically fit for manual tasks, we sometimes have to lift 25kg ingredients.
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory management
- Exhibit at trade exhibitions (occasionally)
About You
Skills and Experience- Proficient in using a computer.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers for meticulous paperwork management.
- Hardworking team player but also capable of working independently.
- Background in a food manufacturing environment
- Flexible and adaptable to a vast variety of tasks
- An understanding of SALSA/BRCGS, food safety & food hygiene
