Hours: 21 hours (3 days) a week, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Location: Fully remote

Working as part of small team you will assist the wider finance team in delivering and effective and timely services.

In your role Accounts Payable clerk your day to day duties will include;
  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Process staff expenses
  • Looking after the finance inbox and managing queries
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Chasing outstanding information for reports
  • Completing supplier and bank statement reconciliation
This is a busy role that is shared with another part time staff. The skills you will bring to the position of Accounts Payable clerk will include;
  • Knowledge of debits and credits
  • Prior experience of processing accounts payable invoices
  • Working knowledge of an accounting software
  • Ability to work within a wider team
