Customer Care Advisor – Full or Part Time (Knutsford WA16 8RB)
PT Salary – £12.13 an hour + bonus scheme
FT Salary - £22,500 per year + bonus scheme
We have an exciting opportunity available for a keen and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Advisor within our multi-lingual Customer Care Team. You will be working as part of a fast paced and busy company, based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

As a growing business, this is an exciting chance to work in a thriving environment, supporting our customers day-to-day over the phone, by email and live chat. Full training provided. Hybrid working once training complete and competency established.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Answering email enquiries via Zendesk
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with phone enquiries
  • Responding to live chat enquiries
Skills and experience required:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, patient, and positive approach to our customers and work
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Computer literate & learns quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Flexible can-do attitude
  • Language skills would be an advantage (multi-lingual)
