Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive product marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product success.
  • Managing the P&L.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • Presenting to retailers.
  • Monitoring and reporting on product performance and customer feedback.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in product management within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of NPD from concept to launch through the stage gate process.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mind paired with a strategic business approach.
