About the Role

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduates to join a leading special school in Birmingham, providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will be assisting students with Autism, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other learning difficulties.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping students' educational experiences and supporting their personal development both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 and Small Group Support: Assist students across various age groups, from Early Years through to Post-16.
  • Promoting Independence: Encourage students to develop crucial skills in a supportive, inclusive environment.
  • Tailored Learning: Collaborate with teaching staff to provide personalised support that empowers students to reach their full potential.

This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates aiming for a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, teaching, or counselling.
