Overview:

Are you a resilient and process driven Quality Assurance Officer, or an individual with strong administrative experience?

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting to a Quality Assurance Manager, the role will be supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems.

This role will be full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday and based in Runcorn.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems
  • Building strong working relationships with all departments across the business to engender a quality culture
  • Complying with all necessary standard operating procedures and systems to ensure the effective monitoring of quality standards
  • Supporting the investigation of root cause(s) of complaints and non-conformances and assisting with the implementation of corrective/preventative actions to reduce these events
  • Collating and reviewing data from the QMS process and supporting the performance of data trend analysis
  • Maintaining an overall knowledge of the current status of compliance across the site with rules and standards
  • Assisting with the maintenance of quality standards and supporting departmental projects
  • Undertaking any other relevant duties to support the Quality Management team and Head of Quality

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in root cause analysis
  • Strong administrative skills and computer literate
  • Resilient and able to use own initiative to solve problems
  • Ability to plan workload and follow processes
  • Good communication skills
