NEW: CORPORATE ASSOCIATE, NQ TO 4 PQE – INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM, £80k - £105K

• International law firm are looking for a Corporate Associate from NQ to 4 PQE to join their Tier 1 corporate team, based in its City office.
• Applicants should have qualified / be about to qualify as a Solicitor in the UK. If an NQ, you will have completed at least one transactional seat – e.g. in Corporate, Funds or Banking & Finance.
• You do not need to have trained at an elite firm - this firm has a best-in-class training programme, and will ensure that you have all the support required to blossom into a first class corporate lawyer. All deals are Partner-led and so you will never feel out of your depth.
• You’ll work on multi-million and billion pound deals spanning M&A (private and public), private equity, JV’s and investment funds mandates, together with some financing work, representing the world’s largest financial institutions and blue chip clients.
• This role is your passport to an international career – whether you aspire to work at a US Firm in London or in the Middle East, Far East, etc - with this firm on your CV, you’ll easily secure such positions. This role will set you up for life.
