Regional Chef Manager - South London

- Salary - up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - no late nights and all weekends off

People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are currently looking for an experienced Regional ChefManager with fantastic craft skills and a background of developing and leading a team. The ideal candidate must have good
organisation skills, a strong understanding of all aspects of food safety and health & safety, budgeting, finance, managing
wastage and stock controls. Must be flexible and comfortable with travelling to different schools weekly and occasionally daily
with last minute diary changes.
