Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Operations to play a crucial role in shaping the strategic management of the charity.
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, the Director of Finance and Operations will be responsible for the operational and financial strategies, plans and activities so as to maximise the overall effectiveness of the charity in achieving its vision and core purpose.
They are looking for someone with experience of working in a strategic capacity as a senior leader within not for profit and/or commercial organisations of a similar size and complexity. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience as a Finance Director or Deputy Director in a comparable sized organisation and finance background (preferred) with operational/facilities understanding.
Previous experience, knowledge and understanding of both the voluntary and healthcare sectors is an advantage.
