The role involves overseeing Front of House operations, managing teams, and ensuring excellent guest experiences in a high-volume environment. The manager will handle accommodation services, event operations, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Responsibilities:
Oversee accommodation and reception servicesManage guest arrivals, departures, and event hostingEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulationsConduct team training, development, and schedulingMaintain high standards of guest service and resolve any issues
