Job Description
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
  • Manage supplier and customer accounts, ensuring clear communication and resolution of queries.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in processing financial transactions and using accounting software.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
