The role of a Managing Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and passionate Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Leeds working on PBSA and luxury high rise apartment projects across Yorkshire.

You will be responsible for leading the commercial teams and carrying out all range of quantity surveying duties, whilst reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.

As Managing Quantity Surveyor you will carry out day to day cost control, cash management, subcontractor managements, risk management, financial reporting, record keeping, contractual disputes and general administration.
