Residential Conveyancer - Middlesbrough

Residential Conveyancer, 3+ years’ experience, North Yorkshire/ Hybrid, up to £45,000 (DOE). A reputable firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, and the firm is open to offering flexible, part-time hours for the right candidate.

OVERVIEW:

• The appointed Residential Conveyancer will manage their own caseload
• Your caseload will include handling residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• You will be working with clients, real estate agents, mortgage providers, and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process
• The firm provides flexible work options for this position, with opportunities for hybrid work and part-time hours
• The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential
