London - Senior Consultant
We specialise in creating inclusion within the marketing, creative and communications industry, therefore a good working knowledge of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion landscape and marketing industry would be beneficial.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for deploying our unique approach to clients, developing programmes that leverage our tools and frameworks, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience. You will work closely with a collaborative team to drive client outcomes and contribute to the continuous development of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility and driving the delivery of defined programmes with the project team within a particular client, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines, .
- Collaborate with Directors, and the operations team to plan and execute client work efficiently.
- Mentor more junior team members, helping them develop their skills and deliver top-quality work.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell, always maintaining a client-first approach.
- Be an ambassador for the The Unmistakables values and lead by example in terms of client engagement, innovation, and inclusivity.

Immediate start desired. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent.

Requirements
Key Skills & Experience:
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver bespoke solutions.
- Project Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, timelines, budgets, and resources, in collaboration with Directors and the Operations team
- Communication & Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations (e.g. workshops and new business proposals) that resonate with clients.
- Analytical Thinking: Experience in evaluating data to develop insights from research, identifying trends and opportunities that inform strategy.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Ability to manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality delivery and growth opportunities for the team.
