£28,000 to £33,000 - Days Based - 28 days Holiday, standard pension (3% matched), 4x Death in Service salary, Non-contractual bonus(quarterly), cycle to work schene
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly growing company in the Crediton, Devon area.
Package and Benefits:
- Up to £33,000
- Days based, 2pm finish on Fridays
- 28 days holiday

Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling shop floor processes.
- Advising all technical matters across departments.
- Making sure all products meet the standard requirements.
- Attending to all process issues straight away and liaise with production and quality to ensure quality is to the highest standard.
- Prioritise new developing new techniques to increase capability.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous engineering experience or a Bachelor's degree in science/engineering, or equivalent.
- Preferably 2+ years experience in engineering.
- Understanding of technical documentation.
- Problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills.
