We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to lead our safety culture across our campus. Reporting directly to the Facilities Director, you will be our internal expert on all matters of health and safety, helping us to ensure that every part of our organisation remains compliant, secure, and focused on continuous improvement.
This is a vital role where you will have real influence. You will promote a positive and proactive safety culture, advising senior leaders and staff at all levels. You will develop and maintain our health, safety and environmental strategy, keeping our practices aligned with the very latest legislation.The Health & Safety Advisor will manage audits, fire safety management, risk assessments, compliance reporting, and training provision, empowering colleagues to fulfil their responsibilities confidently and effectively.
