Position: Operator
Location: Cardiff
Pay: £11.97 per hour, Rising to £12.22 April

Hours: Full-time, 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts, 40 hours Monday to Thursday, 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM

As an Operator, you will be an essential part of our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a busy manufacturing environment
  • Using battery-powered tools to cut steel bar with precision
  • Ensuring smooth operation of machinery
  • - Assisting skilled operators with tasks such as:
  • Sampling rebar & Removing coils from the running line

Safety is our top priority! You'll need to adhere to all safety protocols and work proactively to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:

  • No car is required but applicants require a Valid UK Driving Licence (required for fork truck training)
  • Ability to reach the site (CF24 5NN) by shift start at 4:30 AM
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal record check and medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol test
