Contract Duration: Until 20th December 2024

This role is crucial in providing administrative support to our pastoral team, ensuring the well-being and support of their students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the pastoral team
• Managing student records and confidential information
• Coordinating meetings and events for the pastoral department
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Assisting with the implementation of pastoral policies and procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Immediate availability
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable

Note: This position is temporary until 20th December 2024, with the possibility of extension.
