You’ll join a growing and well-established multi-academy organisation, taking a lead role in overseeing financial management across multiple sites. Working closely with the CEO and Board, you’ll provide strategic financial insight, ensure robust controls, and support long-term sustainability across the trust.

- What you’ll bring
- Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in senior finance roles (Head of Finance / CFO / Financial Controller level)
- Background in education, public sector or not-for-profit (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of financial governance, compliance and audit
- Experience in multi-site or complex organisational environments
- Confident communicator with experience working with Boards and senior stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capability
- Salary circa up to £80,000
