What will you do?

Will drafting (including tax efficient wills incorporating trusts)
Estate and asset protection planning
Creating & drafting of onshore trusts
Probate and Estate Administration
Powers of attorney
Court of Protection matters
Act for families, individuals, trustees and private wealth advisories
(experience of all of these elements is not essential – training will be given, you should just be commercially focused and willing to learn)

What will you need?

To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with up to 4 years PQE within private client law
Newly qualified solicitors with significant private client experience will be considered
STEP membership beneficial, but certainly not essential
