Cover Supervisor - Teaching Personnel
Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to step into the classroom? We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team!
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity in students' learning during teacher absences. You’ll be responsible for managing classrooms, ensuring students stay on task, and delivering pre-prepared lesson materials across various subjects and year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure that students follow the work set by teaching staff.
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide support to students where needed.
- Uphold a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong classroom management skills and confidence to lead lessons.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across a range of subjects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is an advantage.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
