Location: Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland Role: Full-time Competitive Salary: Day Rate: £18.71 Night & Weekend Rate: £19.27 Working Hours: Week 1: 36 hours Week 2: 48 hours Your Role: As a Team Leader, you will inspire and lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care, support client rehabilitation, and promote independence.
You'll play a key role in developing care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing day-to-day care operations. What You’ll Do: Provide leadership and mentorship to your team Assist with care plans and client reviews Deliver high-quality care while ensuring regulatory standards are met Support rehabilitation activities and promote client independence Manage staff rotas and provide shift coverage as required What We’re Looking For: Previous leadership experience in care settings A commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team A commitment to your personal and professional development If you’re ready to lead with compassion and make a difference, we would love to hear from you!
