Account Manager
Location: DE73 – Own transport required due to locationSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible with hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support client portfolios via email, Skype, and phone
- Develop strategies to drive revenue and increase traffic
- Monitor advertiser budgets and lead volumes
- Source and onboard new clients
- Negotiate contracts and ensure accurate invoicing
- Analyse data using CRM and Excel
- Represent the company at international trade events
Key Skills:
- Previous account management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours calls with the USA
