Manage daily activities within the nursery, ensuring that all children receive appropriate care and attention.
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote learning through play.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure the well-being of all children.
Supervise and support children during activities, encouraging their social, emotional, and physical development.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards.
Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.
Ability to drive initiatives that promote positive outcomes for children.
Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare is preferred but not mandatory.
