Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop Digital Wallet Platforms:

• Architect and develop secure, scalable digital wallet solutions for managing funds, processing payments, and storing digital currencies. You’ll build platforms that allow users to perform transactions quickly, efficiently, and securely.
• Integrate Payment Gateways and APIs:
• Work with third-party payment processors, cryptocurrency exchanges, and financial APIs to enable seamless integration with external platforms. You’ll ensure smooth operation between the digital wallet and various payment ecosystems.
• Implement Advanced Security Features:
• Develop and implement strong security measures such as encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), tokenization, and biometric verification to protect user data and financial transactions. You’ll ensure compliance with security standards such as PCI-DSS and GDPR.
• Optimize Wallet Performance and User Experience:
• Focus on optimizing digital wallet performance for low-latency transaction processing and an intuitive user experience. You’ll work on reducing transaction times, ensuring availability, and enhancing wallet functionality.
• Support Cryptocurrency Integration:
• Develop solutions for storing, sending, and receiving digital currencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and stablecoins. You’ll integrate blockchain technologies and ensure that wallets support multiple cryptocurrencies securely.
• Monitor Transaction Security and Fraud Detection:
• Implement transaction monitoring systems that detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious activities. You’ll build tools that ensure the integrity of the wallet while maintaining user trust.
• Test, Debug, and Maintain Digital Wallet Systems:
• Conduct rigorous testing, including stress tests and security audits, to ensure the reliability and security of the wallet. You’ll maintain and continuously improve the platform by fixing bugs and adding new features based on user feedback and market trends.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Digital Wallet Development Expertise: Experience in developing digital wallets, mobile wallets, or cryptocurrency wallets. You understand how to build and scale systems that handle secure financial transactions and data storage.
• API Development and Integration: Proficiency in integrating with third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square), financial institutions, and cryptocurrency exchanges. You know how to build and manage APIs for digital wallets.
• Cryptography and Security Best Practices: Strong knowledge of cryptographic techniques, encryption protocols, and security standards. You’re familiar with technologies like tokenization, MFA, and PCI-DSS compliance to ensure wallet security.
• Blockchain and Cryptocurrency: Hands-on experience with blockchain technology, including cryptocurrency transaction management. You understand how digital currencies work and how to secure them in a digital wallet environment.
• Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing digital payment systems for performance, ensuring that transactions are processed quickly and securely. You’re familiar with best practices for minimizing latency and improving user experience.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Technology (FinTech), or a related field. Equivalent experience in digital wallet or financial software development is highly valued.
• Certifications in blockchain development, security (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or related fields are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in developing digital wallets, mobile payment apps, or similar financial applications with a proven track record of delivering secure and scalable solutions.
