Health, Safety & Environmental Manager
Sodexo delivers a wide range of services to meet the unique and varied needs of each client across Corporate Services.
Based in Cambridge, we are seeking aHealth, Safety & Environmental Managerto join one of our established clients working on a fixed term basis until July 2025.
This is a busy and varied role where you will be overseeing the reporting and investigation of accidents and incidents andenvironmental, health and safety planning for sites, agreeing priorities and establish adequate systems for performance management.
You will also implement food safety policies and processes and be responsible for the following:
- Health and Safety
- Stakeholder Management (working with client Health & Safety representatives at regional and global level)
- Audits -ensuring compliance with global safety standards & UK legislation at all times.
You will ideally have anNVQ Level 4 qualification in Health & Safety along withLevel 2 qualification in food safety and Level 2 IOSHH qualification in Health and Safety and have proven experience in health and safety and internal auditing.
You will also need to be proactive, meticulous, highly organised and have good organisation, communication and customer service skills.
This role will be working Monday to Friday with some occasional travel to attend meetings at the client site as and when required.
